These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Builtsy website and course platform (the "Service") operated by Jennifer Lane ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the Service

You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute course materials without written permission
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when applying for access

Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, prompts, blueprints, and documentation included in the Service are the intellectual property of Jennifer Lane. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own business purposes.

You may use the prompts and system taught in the course to build websites for yourself and for clients. You may not package, resell, or redistribute the course materials themselves as your own product.

Private Beta

Beta participants receive free access to the course in exchange for honest feedback. Beta access is personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to revoke beta access at any time. Beta participants agree to provide genuine feedback about their experience with the course materials.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved by following the course materials.

Income disclaimer: Results mentioned in course materials and marketing reflect real experiences but are not typical. Your results will vary based on your effort, experience, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. We make no guarantee of income.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jennifer Lane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or inability to use the Service.

Refund Policy

For paid course enrollment: If you are unsatisfied with the course, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are issued at our discretion.

Beta participants receive free access and are not eligible for refunds.
